Look at its 5-year chart.
Hi-P never crossed the S$1.20 level.
This time, can or not?
I have a funny feeling it might be able to, becos of Apple.
And Hi-P has cut its dependence on RIM, which is dying already.
On good days, the vol is strong and pushes up the stock price. Clearly, this is fund buying.
On slow days, thin vol encourages retail investors to take profit and a bit of selling pushes the price down by 1,2,3 cents as like now. It is at 89 cents. The fund buying is for the mid term, when Hi-P is ramping up its prodn for Apple and the results will be showing in due course. Stay the course!
