Don't forget they have just paid 30 cent special div in Jan 2012... A lot of cash coming back to minorities *(and of course the subst shareholders)
They might just delist the company since they have so much money from the 30cents payout dividend. Then get to keep all the cash in the company. Bear in mind the piece of land they have let to develope.

I guess that the chairman and spouse do see fantastic value in the company. So the share buyback continues. This month the company bought back 396,000 shares after announcing 1Q results.
