Most bullish stock pick for the week - Chasen Holdings

Hi Yeh,
I do not know the reason for the sharp and sudden selldown these 2 days, was caught out totally.

Selling down on Day 3 by another 11%. How can the management not know what's happenng on such a massive scale?

"The Company is not aware of any information not previously announced concerning the
Company, its subsidiaries or associated companies which, if known, might explain the trading."

Just saw the stock is firm +1.5 cents to 30.5 cents.... but not before a bungee jump down to 24.5 cents. What on earth is happening ???

Chasen turned south to close at 27.5 cents. The mystery has deepened cos the management emphasised that nothing is amiss!!! So what is yanking the stock down???



Chasen Holdings Limited (the “Company” or the “Group”) has received many enquiries from the investment community both directly and through its Investor Relations advisors regarding the volatility of its share price the past few days. In the practice of good corporate governance in investor relations, the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) would like to reiterate that the Company is not aware of any information not previously announced concerning the Company, its subsidiaries or associated companies which, if known, might explain the trading of the past few days. This is consistent with the response to the Exchange’s queries as announced on 21st November 2011.

Maybe no mystery if you go by PE ratio to evaluate Chasen. Now seems to have stabilised at 27.5 cents and it's about 6X trailing PE, so why is anyone surprised at the fall?

No stability yet. Down to 24.5 cents today. PE about 5-6 which isn't a steal, right?
