The following factors will lead Hafary share price to go higher.. TP: 30+ cents

1) Closely linked with OXLEY, supplying OXLEY tiles and OXLEY has been very aggressive recently.

2) Supplying HDB tiles, constant stream of income

3) Renting out part of their office space ==> recurring rental collection

4) Took a 49% stake in Vietnam Ceramics, and vietnam is going to change it's law to welcome more listing on it's stock exchange.

So listing Vietnam Ceramics in Vietnam stock exchange with Hafary as a major shareholder will be a multibagger for hafary

5) This is a company which is generous in it's dividend. FY13 financial year end is in June, so August when they annouce Full year result for FY13, they will annouce a final dividend again...
