Viking Offshore & Marine - buy now?

AT 11 cents,seems like downside risk is low. Note that the chairman, Andy Lim, is buying heavily almost everyday.

Phew! Luckily I have not touched tis stock. From 11 cents gone down to 9+ cents now. Whooooo... nearly 20% loss in just 1.5 months.

Funny, the stock volume is attributable to Andy . It's a one man buying machine. Who are selling? Impatient retail investors? Panicky ones....

New target for me to buy at: 8 cents, which is another 12% downside.
