I feel that I need to point to my earlier comment made back in September 2013. A comment on cash balances that I was forced to delete after receiving excessive threats (and not only of legal action, that was from the forum administrator).

Beware of S-chips. There are a few other fraud cases still around, and some may develop into fraud, given the looming recession in PRC and the continued weak regulatory environment of SGX. Do your math before jumping on newbiestock-type of comments that these companies are arguably priced well below their real value. Are they really?

Hope newbiestock sold more or didn't really buy much

I have mentioned before the perils of investing in S-chips and I stay away. There were number of cases of accounting issues in H-chips before and luckily I was not caught. This one looks awful.

A lesson to learn again.

Newbiestock and Tactician, where are you now? Why don't you come out and tell us what you have to say about this?

I'm not happy to see this either as it is affecting sentiment in other stocks. But you can't say that we did not warn you.

The biggest joke of all is that Lin Jiancheng is un-contactable at a time like this...

I note that some research houses also recommended this stock with intrinsic value at high 20c. This may have influenced investors jumping on the train.

Many may be hurt on this case, worse still just before CNY.
