Hohoho... Mr Pharoah88, We are talking about free cash flow here. For every dollar the Oceanus made, the Company has to plough back > one dollar to keep the profit coming. Many investors perceived this as the \"investment\" stage of the Company\'s growth. It is a subjective opinion. I tends to differ that the Company cannot keep growing non-stop. In addition, if you strip out the \"fair value gain\" from the P&L, the actual realised profit of this Company is very small. Hence, the FCF is negative. When will they \"stop investing\" and realised the cash flow? Good question, I cannot answer that.

With extremely Hi Volume at Hi Prices, it has done an ââ¬Åinverted pyramidââ¬Â topple-over to the present price, 32.5c. Down-side risk is limited. Look out for volume to accumulate and it would be rewarding to jump in as the down-side risk is limited. The immediate resistance is 34.5c and up to 39c. UNQUOTE
Interesting to see abalone trading up 1.5 c at 34.5 c this morning. And stock is No.1 volume. What\'s cooking babe? Results coming? Q4 will be a good one? But new year, I am not sure, cos talk is that retail prices of canned abalones has been discounted in Spore. Price war. However, canned ablaones are processed months ahead - so we are talking about lagging effect.
So far, I have NEVER come across OCEANUS canned abalone. Probably, OCEANUS distributes only FRESH abalones into restaurants. Majority of customers are in Hong Kong and the new growth market is, of course, CHINA. Singaporeans do not eat fresh abalones like the Hong Kong population.
Oceanus full-yr results to come out today? I read this on CNA forum. Stock price at 35 cents now, shows that the market is not expecting too hot a result. However, the TDRs are doing well, at 15.90, equiv to 68 spore cents. What a fish!
