Latest announcement is that property prices continue to inch up. Roxy-Pacific is looking strong as it has a large revenue to book in the coming 2 years. Some commercial properties will b launched this year and next. Should be ok.

Roxy 's RNAV is 86+ cents while its stock price is 42 cents, or 50% discount!

Final cash dividend of 2.0 cents (2010: 1.5 cents) per share, 33% higher compared to prior year

Volume is strong at 823,000 shares by 10.15 am today... but the stock price is steady at 44 cents. Accumulation going on.... while some people are selling to the accumulators. LOL. Where to from here?
