Delong Holdings

The boo-boo over the takeover offer price has led the SIC to investigate the case. Strong possibility, imho, that boss of Delong will b compelled to make another offer, this time at $7.42. Just my reading, may not happen. Logic of mine is that boss should have offered $7.42 from the start, he should not be allowed to withdraw offer after it was found that (probably) his advisers erred on the takeover price.

Chairman Ding Liguo bought 5,130,000 shares at $7.00 !!!!

If not for the overall market blues, the trading price would be a big leap from the currentl level of $6.50

Do minorities get to vote against delisting? This $7 is too cheap

The Net Asset Value per share is RMB 59.27 which is about S$12. Chairman's takeover offer is only $7. How will IDs recommend it?
