Daily share buy back recently ard 20cts. Sounded good but they could have done it in March when it is a whole ot cheaper at ard 10cts. But hey, CEO loaded some around that period instead. CEO used to be from KIMENG investment unit so pretty shrewd move. Heehee. I load some first then use coy $$$ to support the price. Good huh. yes Anyway, he didn' t buy alot so nevermind. But why waste cash now to buy back shares. They should save it up for the new business venture.
Then Ex-COO come and sell into stregnth. Dunno what is in his mind now. To hold or to dispose? He still got 6.2mil to play around. Now his holding under 5%, I think he no longer needs to report sale.
I have no idea how their polymer and property businesses are performing but I am not interested in those. The RTE JV is the intersting one but no detail at all. Damn sianzzz... another that I can only watch until more details emerge.
SINGAPORE - A $15 million clean energy plant will partially power JTC Corporation's CleanTech One building located in its 50-ha CleanTech Park.
This is the result of a 50-50 joint venture - Sinjia RTE Solutions - announced earlier in March between locally-listed Sinjia Land and homegrown research and development firm Real Time Engineering (RTE).
The one-megawatt plant will start providing carbon-free electricity from hydrogen gas for CleanTech One's common areas by end July.
There is an overhang of shares owned by ex-COO Wa. He could be unloading bit by bit.
On the other hand, the clean energy project could have several revenue streams -- apart from producing electricity for JTC park. There is potential for producing Hydrogen for commercial sale and producing bio-crude oil (as mentioned in press rls).
I will wait for some time to see if the overhang of shares can be cleared.
U were rite. Sinjia Land not stable because of share overhang. and has dropped to as low as 15.6 cents on Fri. Perhaps I will go in if it drops to 14 cents....
I didn't realise there was an overhang of shares from another subst. shareholder, Ang Kong Meng. He sold down a lot recently and by now I think, it's probably zero unless he chooses to hold some.
The fundamentals of the company don't look pretty anyway. Wonder what happened to their energy business. Will it come along soon?
