- is an integrated global marine and offshore services company based in Singapore.
- has integrated capabilities as a design-builder-owner-operator of crewboats and fast supply intervention Vessels.
- Since 2011, Penguin International has divested its Penguin Ferry Services Pte ltd along with its public passenger ferry business and nine large ferries.

With a build cycle of less than six months, Penguin International claims to be the world's fastest builder of crewboats.

(4) Watergate Technical Services Limited, a Nigerian company has placed an order of Flex 40SL series, to be delivered next month (June 2014).

Management has more than 30 years’ experience in the marine and offshore industry, in shipbuilding and ship management, specialising in high-speed aluminium craft.

They has declared dividend of $0.005 per share and payable on 28 May 2014.

Penguin International is definitely a good company with potential growth opportunity. A good company to have its share owned and keep for long term.
