Here’s an interesting article on new property launch gimmicks, and yours truly was once suckered into buying an overseas property when I was younger ( tuition fees LOL ). I think they use such gimmicks in all sorts of product launches.
I once met a young couple in overseas hols , and the husband told me he recently bought an expensive share investment software in a seminar and made some money trading, hence taking the hols. He also said he quit his day job as he was sure he’d make more $$$ in future. I was thinking “ duh, if it’s so easy, let’s all buy the software and quit our day jobs ”.
