Btw, CIH has many hidden assets. You can see them when you read thru the 2012 Annual Rpt.

One of them is a big sum of loan to external parties and associate companies - RMB300 million at interest rate between 6.5% to 12%.

Another is a gold mine that mining cd start and may be separately listed at any time, just like CNMC.

Oil exploration in PNG shd be concluded by now and drilling shd start any time. Again, this can be listed any time like Interra Resource or Ramba.

Gangho I read abt d businesses they r involved and they should get the approval for the acquisition very soon. Dun think the one I saw was their official website. Later I go check again.
