Starpharm was created by Guest

Starpharm seemed to have changed its mgt team and shareholders structure. It has turned into positive for last two quarters. Is it a good time to look into this?

Volume has slowly been building up. Was one of my favourite stocks few years ago when 50cents...together with Reyoung.
I think Reyoung has been buy out by major shareholders and delisted?
