From its latest announcement today, IPCO is sitting on $80m gain from those securities it owns.
Why is the share price not moving at all ?

Ipco 1H profit is mainly from sale of land & fair value gain. Revenue fall from 13.5m to 6m. Company last divident was in 1997. I will not ves in this type of company.
