yeah, not too hot this place called Big Box. Quiet actually on weekdays. Very spacious layout, which is positive if there are things to buy & see, but nah so it looks more like wasted space.
When it was announce 3 - 4 years ago that TTI would be re-structured into a property play with the development of the Big Box project, its shares became a multi-bagger, soaring from a low of 0.01 to 0.17 despite the fact that it was having negative capital by a couple of hundred millions. After the opening of the latest and last of its kind of warehouse-retail centre and since then, its shares have plunged 50 %. All the previous optimism shown by investors have all but evaporated. Sometime ago, I postulated that with the level of rental income they could derive even with full occupancy of tenants, it would probably take them decades to recover from their accumulated losses and, by inference, there does not seem to be any potential investment value in its shares (at least until after all accumulated losses can be wiped off from its books).
