• Order book at a record high after post-results contract win. OKP reported 1H26 results on 11th Aug 26. Its order book stood at S$727.3m as of 30th Jun 26, and the S$90.6m Dawson Road contract announced shortly after on 13th Aug 26 lifted it to a record S$797.9m.
The book has now grown for a fifth consecutive year and sits well above pre-COVID levels, extending order book cover to around 3.5x annualized 1H26 revenue.

• Revenue on track against our full-year estimates. Construction revenue rose 9.5% while maintenance grew 11.0% YoY. On the other hand, rental income declined by 40.9% on ongoing renovations and tenant transitions at its East Perth property.
Overall, revenue grew 9% YoY to S$113.8m. This represented approximately 44.4% of our initial FY26E estimate, which remained in line with OKP’s back-loading of revenue recognition in the second half of the year.
| • Construction gross margins at a cyclical peak |
Gross profit rose 33.1% YoY to S$42.8m, lifting gross margin to 37.6% (1H25: 30.8%).
Construction gross margin reached 43.4%, up 4.4ppts YoY and above FY25's 38.4% full-year level, while maintenance margin recovered to 24.7% (FY25: 17.3%) as the prior year had been depressed by cost-heavy project phases.
On the higher margins, EBITDA and PATMI grew 29.5% and 43.9% YoY, respectively with PATMI reaching around 56% of our prior full-year estimate.
