Seeing some coverage of this S-chip property developer. Will its ambitions to grow international business mean it won't pay a dividend? UOB KH report is bullish:

Chiwayland has secured Rmb4.4b in presales development revenue - revenue received
but yet to be booked.

Undergoing some consolidation post-results (loss making). Will company deliver on its new dividend policy & just granted share buyback mandate? If it does, the stock has lots of upside from here 15. 6 cents.

First full year results to be released on Feb 15. Friends are expecting a solid profit figure. What's unknown is if the dividend will be more than the "base case" of 1.0 cents as said by the company.

3 projects achieved TOP in 4Q2016, this should be great contributors as they were mostly sold out. Probably CWG will hit about RMB150-180 m net profit. I think RHB's forecast of RMB158 million is on the conservative side.
