ARIES CONSULTING, widely recognized in Hong Kong’s financial sector as a fast-rising investor relations and public relations firm, received the Asia Pacific Customer Relationship Excellence Awards 2011 (CRE Awards) Customer Satisfaction Quality System of the Year for Public Relations.
The Hong Kong-based consultancy received the award issued by the Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium (APCSC) at a gala event yesterday at Hong Kong’s upscale Langham Place Hotel.
APCSC offers Asia’s sole, highly prestigious CRE Awards each year to a large field of highly deserving candidates.
Founded just four short years ago, Aries Consulting has rapidly become part of a well-developed Investor Relations and Public Relations regional network from Singapore to Hong Kong, Taipei, Beijing and Shenzhen.

This is the second year in which Aries Consulting has been named a winner in the prestigious CRE Awards, and is also the first PR-related winner of the awards.

The CRE Awards winners are selected through a comprehensive balanced scorecard of self-assessment benchmarking, business case presentations, unannounced calls, Customer Service Quality Standard (CSQS) site assessment by the judging panel, online public voting, as well as a final round of judging by a panel of CRE experts.
After a six-month assessment process, Aries said it is very honored to be the first Investor Relations/Public Relations firm to emerge the ultimate winner.
