did anyone noticed this good dividend yield penny stock? seems its 1HFY earning result coming out soon. notice every 1HFY and 2HFY, this company will give nice dividends.

From my initial checks, the dividend yield is so-so at abt 4.4%, but what's positive is that few companies in the Communications Services industry pay a dividend.
The cash level is pretty high at S$12 million! compare that to its market cap of S$14 million ---- S$14 m , this is a micro mini skirt, oops I mean micro penny stock (4.5 cents).
1H profit was S$800K only, a sharp drop from $6 million in 2012 first half.
Why the profit so volatile? 2H2012 they made only S$200K.
