THE PHOTO on the right shows part of the crowd – comprising shareholders of Serial System as well as non-shareholders - that went to Serial System’s AGM last year.
Serial, once again, is welcoming you (shareholder or non-shareholder) to its upcoming AGM and to lunch thereafter.
At the event on Saturday morning, April 23, you will hear Serial System chairman and CEO Derek Goh discuss – and take your questions on - matters such as:
* Serial’s business performance, including its 1Q2011 result.
* The likely strong near-term prospects of Serial’s business.
* What attracted Serial to propose investing in JEL Corp and making it a 57% subsidiary.
* Why Serial has not been impacted by the Japan natural disasters.
Shareholders are, of course, entitled to attend the AGM.
Non-shareholders are requested to register by emailing their full name, IC number and mobile number. This is in part to facilitate Serial's catering of food and drinks.
Seats are limited and will be granted on a first-come-first-served basis.
