Lian Beng received the BCA Quality Champion (Platinum) Award under the Builder Category at the Building Construction Authority's (BCA) award ceremony on Tuesday (13 June) for excellence achieved by companies in the building sector.
The integrated construction-cum-property development player also won Gold for the Building Information Modelling (BIM) Award (Organisation).
BCA handed out a total of 493 awards for 2017 to firms in all facets of the building sector, from development to architecture, engineering, design, and construction.
Lian Beng won the Quality Champion (Platinum) Award on its past five years' record of Quality Mark tiered rating performance, the number of residential units committed and certified under the Quality Mark Scheme, and its BCA Construction Quality Assessment System (Conquas) score.
1,454 residential units delivered by the Group received the Quality Mark from 2012 to 2016.
