Photo: Cheng Siew HooiSERIAL SYSTEM's profitability has been on a strong uptrend, underpinning a 37% rise in its stock price this year (from 13.1 at the start of the year to 18 cents recently)As has been its practice, the company invites shareholders, as well as non-shareholders, to its AGM next Wed (Apr 29).
It will also hold a 1Q results briefing right after the AGM and it is open to all attendees.
The executive chairman and CEO, Derek Goh, will be on hand to update everyone on how the company's IT distribution business is faring, after it exceeded a record US$1 billion in revenue in 2013.
Will it achieve further heights and profitability this year?
