Effective date of the Transfer is 21 February 2013. Trading of the Company’s shares on the Main Board of the SGX-ST will commence at 9.00 a.m. on 21February 2013. Oxley is up 0.5 c, now at 35 c. Whoopeee!

Oxley is doing nicely at 25 cents, unshaken by the Jan 11 govt measures. Like many forumers/investors, I believe the upgrade to mainboard will happen soon + be a catalyst for further stock price uptrend

It's a catalyst for the stock price when the move to Mainboard is executed, because that will oopen doors to fund managers to invest in OXLEY. Most fund mgrs have mandates that do not allow them to invest in Catalist stocks. It follows that it's a good idea to buy Oxley now at 22.5 cents before the upgrade to Mainboard takes place

The Board of Directors of Oxley Holdings Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the
Company has obtained the approval-in-principle  from the SGX-ST in relation to the
Company’s application for transfer of listing from Catalist to SGX Mainboard

[Wolf 18-11-2012]:

Me too, waitng for Oxley to be upgraded to Mainboard and then re-rated by the market and loved by fund managers (who now cannot invest in Catalist stocks).

Oxley has done very well, thanks to the property bubble leading to most/all of its launched projects fully sold. As progressive payments come in, they are used to pay off bank borrowings that are growing too to finance Oxley's big appetite for new landbank. From the banks' risk management pt of view, Oxley is A-OK.

Stock price is 23-24 cents (after bonus & rights issues). Target 35 cents by mid-2013.

Rights shares being traded now, maket is efficient. Rights at 4.5 cents, then you pay exercise price of 17 cents = 22 cents = mother share prx now anyway

These days, Oxley surprises me less and less, in a positive sense. It is making acquisitions fast & furious, and it is making big purchases. Such aggressiveness will accelerate its growth. Just hope it doesn't get hit by any economic crisis outside of its control.

The latest acquisition is ..... on 14 November 2012 exercised an option (the “Option”) to purchase the property known as 71/73/73A Oxley Rise, Singapore (the “Property”) from the trustees of The Sir Manasseh Meyer Synagogue and School Trust (the “Vendor”) at a purchase price of S$130,000,000 (the “Acquisition”).

Oxley has 12% growth in net profit for 1Q.

Surprising gift of a dividend of 0.11 cent per ordinary share !

*(for all post-split shares and post-rights issue shares).

(This is on top of the FY12 final dividend to be paid this month of 0.47 cent a share based on pre-split shares).

This amounts to approximately $3.24 million and is equivalent to a dividend payout ratio of approximately 49%.

Thot suddenly Oxley became a big bargain at 24.5 cents. Actually, after checking I realised it's because it did a stock split. 10 shares became 18 shares. The theoretical price is 24.5 cents or thereabouts, derived from 44.1 cents pre-split.

Oxley is now a Catalist listco. In a matter of months, it should be eligible to upgrade to Mainboard. U know the implications for the stock price? :-)

Today OXLEY is looking good, + 2 = 44.5 cents

On a bad market day, Oxley still rose +2 cents to 44 cents. I think this is a record high. More gains are expected...  it has been undiscovered for so long.

Interesting to see that Eric Low bought 300,000 shares of Oxley at 38 cents on Thursday, 6 Sept., his first after the release of the FY12 results.

He seems to be getting more active in buying shares, even though he owns such a big stake already, ie 7.41% direct and 51% indirect.

Property market still strong or it's a bubble waiting to deflate? Oxley won't be hurt by rising interest rates as the outlook for ratesnis v subdued.

I have checked back on what Kevin Scully said. His expectation of revenue for FY12 has been exceeded by Oxley. Kevin expected $140 m but It's S$159 million actually.

I expect revenue in FYE June 2012 to rise to about S$140mn from about S$70mn in 2011. Historical valuations are not compelling but if you are prepared to wait another one to two years you could enjoy upside of more than 50% !!! after taking into account their recent land purchases.

What is Kevan 's update to his forecast in OXLEY HOLDINGS revisited: It has executed well....what's next for this stock?

The shareholder loans is small compared to the bank borrowings, which is the bigger headache. Oxley has bank borrowings of nearly S$1 billion in short-term and long-term borrowings.

It's rather extreme, you had better hope it doesn't get knocked over by any financial event.
